Shipping costs are free for orders over 100 Euros to Germany, Austria, France, Holland, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic and Spain. For other countries please check our delivery costs by sending an email to: email@example.com
The delivery of any items purchased on www.bioole.com will be made using a logistics company. The delivery will be made to the address indicated by the client at the point of purchase or to the one which is in our database.
The products will be delivered in 2/3 days depending on the availability of the products and the delivery address. In cases where, for technical reasons we cannot respect these delivery times, we will be in touch with you in order to discuss the matter and arrange the delivery time.
In cases where the purchase has been paid for by bank transfer, the 2/3 day deadline will begin from the point at which Alberto Martínez Cárcel, as the legal representative of Bioole has possession of a copy of the proof of payment for this transfer.

The only cases in which the client can make a claim are the following:
– if the quantity of the products does not correspond with that of the order.
– if the box has been seriously damaged to the extent that it affects the quality of the products inside, in which case this must be communicated to the delivery company and recorded on the delivery note.
– if the products received do not correspond to the order which was made.
In case of any incident during delivery or if the client would like to make a claim, said claim must be made within five days, starting from the point at which the product was received. To do so, please contact us by email using the following address: email@example.com.
In the case that the packaging is damaged, the client can choose not to accept the package, informing the courier (driver) that they are rejecting it, or accept the package, indicating on the delivery note that the package is damaged and contacting Bioole within the following 24 hours.
In the event that a product is returned due to a defect, Bioole will pay for the shipping costs for the return of said product. If the return is not due to defective products, the return shipping costs will be borne by the client.
Returns must be made using the original packaging. In the event that the customer wishes to receive a refund for the product and not have the merchandise replaced, then this will be completed within fifteen days of the goods being received at our warehouse.
