1.Privacy and data protection policy

Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) hereby informs users of the website about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of users and/or customers that may be collected by browsing or contracting services through its website.

In this regard, Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) guarantees compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD.  Use of this site implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

 

2.Collection, purpose and processing of data

Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) has the duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that can be carried out, either by sending an e-mail or by completing the forms included in the Web Page.  In this regard, Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) will be considered responsible for the data collected by the means previously described.

At the same time, Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) hereby informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: Attention to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact agenda, provision of services and management of the business relationship.

All personal data, which are collected through the Bioole website (Alberto Martinez Carcel), and therefore has the status of processing of personal data, will be incorporated into the files declared before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection by Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel).

 

3.Communication of information to third parties

Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) hereby informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third party organisations, except where such transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a relationship contract with a processing manager.  In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only take place when Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel) has the express consent of the user.

 

4.Users’ Rights

The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, provides interested parties with the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data, as long as the user’s data are processed by Bioole (Alberto Martinez Carcel). Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data.

To make use of and exercise of these rights, the user must send information in writing to the following address: Bioole – Alberto Martinez Carcel, Street: Avenida Vicente Blasco Ibañez nº11, Pta. 15 , Post code: 46920, Mislata, Valencia; or the address that may replace this in the General Registry of Data Protection.  This communication should reflect the following information: Name and surnames of the user, the request, address and supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be performed by the User. However, they may be executed by a person authorised as legal representative of the authoriser.  In such case, the documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
